Step 1Step 2Step 3

Get a Domain Name + Hosting with SiteGround.

The first step to creating your WordPress website is setting up your domain name and hosting account. Hosting is the server where your website is actually stored and the domain name is the address used to find it online. We recommend SiteGround. It’s the web host we use for our own website.

SiteGround offers fast servers, reliable uptime, free SSL certificates, caching, and Cloudflare CDN.

Plans start at only $3.95 a month.

Pick A Plan

If you have one single website and anticipate less than 10,000 monthly visitors, get the StartUp plan.

If you’re a developer and want to host multiple websites, upgrade to the GrowBig or GoGeek plan.

Setup Account

You can register a new domain with SiteGround or connect an existing one you already have.

Choose a data center (USA, Europe, or Asia) that is closest to you and your website visitors.

Login To Cpanel

Once you have completed setup you will receive a confirmation email from SiteGround with login details.

You can now access the admin panel by clicking the link in the email or via SiteGround’s website.
